TICKET INFORMATION

If you have any questions about tickets or a performance, please contact us directly and not the respective theater. Since we manage our own ticket sales, the theater will not be able to assist you.

Our general terms and conditions apply to tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets after purchase. However, if possible, we are happy to help out finding an alternative date or performance for you.

ACCESSIBILITY / VISITORS WITH DISABILITIES

We reserve seats for wheelchair users and visitors with auditory, visual, mental, or other types of disabilities. Are you a member of one of the aforementioned groups? Please contact us after purchasing a (regular) ticket so we can reserve your spot and assist you during your visit to the best of our ability.
